3 Things to Do to Become Rich

November 23rd, 2009

This is a note from Earl Nightingale about three things to do to become rich.

  1. Make up your mind that there is no good reason why you can’t get the money and your family want. If other people can get rich so can you. The largest industrial empires in this country (USA) were started by the idea of a single individual and they all started as small business.
  2. Decide on the exact amount you want to earn and set a time limit for yourself. Be realistic and sensible. Ask yourself what your qualifications are and set up a reasonable amount in a reasonable length of time. At the same time make up your mind that you are going to concentrate on this exclusively until you reach your goal.
  3. The magic formula for financial success has never changed since the first coins were mined in Asia Minor. It is six words: “Find a need and fill it.” That’s your part of the bargain. Don’t go afield into areas in which you have no experience. Is is easy? No, but it works. The power is available for a man who has high purpose.

Perfect Time for Financial Journey

November 21st, 2009

Some people may wonder when is the the perfect time to start their financial journey to prosperity.

And some people think that their perfect time is after they graduated, after they got married, after their children have grown up, after their kids graduated, after they completed that book, after they joined that seminar, after they were promoted, after they became a supervisor, or after they became a manager, etc.

Some think that their perfect time is tomorrow, next Monday, next weekend, next month, next three months, next year, next three years, or etc.

It seems there are many options for them to ponder when the perfect timing is.

My friend, believe me. I used to be in that position. It was painful to wait for the perfect time. Because it seems no perfect time at all. There is always something between me and that perfect timing. And I never got started.

Now, I know that the perfect timing is right now.

If you always want to do something, set a side some time and do it now. That is the best way to go.
